This natural state of being is difficult to experience if the mind, body, and emotions are in conflict. My work focuses on uncovering and healing the mental and emotional conditioning, pain and trauma from childhood and dysfunctional life patterns so that you can experience this inner peace and freedom. My training includes hypnotherapy, EMDR, conscious breathwork, and transformational coaching. |

PREMSIRI LEWIN, MFT Premsiri is a licensed psychotherapist specializing in issues of food and emotional eating. Her work with eating disorders and negative body image blends body-oriented therapies with the spiritual wisdom that points to the "gift" in the suffering. Premsiri's work with emotional eating and eating disorders draws on more than two and a half decades as a teacher of yoga and meditation and 30 years' immersion in spiritual wisdom.
